If your agency is based in Nottingham City and you work with 16-25 year olds who are at risk of becoming homeless, Open Homes may be able to provide emergency accommodation to them.
You will need to complete a referral form to help us make an informed decision about whether Nightstop is a suitable solution for the young person.
