We are looking for someone to support young people facing homelessness . Your role will involve liaising with referral agencies such as Housing Aid to find emergency accommodation for young people in the homes of our volunteer hosts. You will also work alongside the young person to support them and be their advocate at a point of crisis in their life. You will need to be flexible, persistent and have a heart towards young people.
As a supported lodgings worker you will develop an ongoing relationship with the young person, helping them to establish life skills enabling them towards their own permanent accommodation.
